MANAGEMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE

Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the factors and problems of the implementation of pedagogical management in the conditions of martial law, which is determined by the need for the administrative subsystem of the institution to ensure the quality of education at the level of European and world educational standards. The organization of the educational process in such conditions acquires special importance because it depends on many factors, among which competence. It is one of the main ones, as it characterizes the manager's readiness to manage in complex emergency situations. The factors at the level of functioning of the educational process, which are influenced not only by internal but also by external factors, are distinguished. Taking into account external factors can improve the quality of the educational process and contribute to the development of the educational institution, opening up new opportunities. At the same time, external factors can block our opportunities, in particular, increase or decrease the financial support of the educational institution, which will affect the quality of the educational process, etc. The basis for determining the development trends of an educational institution is the definition of strategic and operational goals. For this, it is important for the heads of the educational institution and the teaching staff to understand the changes and the reasons for these changes in the education system and the organization of educational activities. The functioning of the educational process is influenced not only by internal but also by external factors. Taking into account external factors can improve the quality of the educational process and contribute to the development of the educational institution, opening up new opportunities. At the same time, external factors can block our opportunities, in particular, increase or decrease the financial support of the educational institution, which will affect the quality of the educational process, etc. The educational system of the school must adapt to the influence of external factors. Namely: update of State Standards and educational programs. The new state standards of primary and basic secondary education have rethought the approach to the organization of the educational process: new mechanisms for the implementation of competence-based, activity-based, personally oriented, value-based approaches in teaching subjects from all educational fields have been implemented. Management of pedagogical activities and educational activities of pupils and students are those components of management of the educational process that cannot exist separately from each other. The management process takes place in continuous effective communication of all participants of the educational process, which is built on the principles of partnership, non-discrimination, equality, effective and ecological communication. The leadership, with the help of measures and management decisions, should form the team of the educational institution, promote the interaction of the participants of the educational process in the modern conditions of today during the period of martial law in the country.
