Abstract

In the conditions of active globalization and constant dependence on external suppliers, logistics systems of enterprises face significant challenges. Changes in the global economic and political environment create the need for in-depth analysis and development of logistics flow management strategies to ensure sustainability and efficiency. The study is aimed at analyzing the challenges and opportunities that arise in the context of managing logistics flows in the context of globalization and dependence on external suppliers. The increasing complexity of logistics systems requires attention to the optimization of processes and ensuring the sustainable functionality of logistics chains. The main goal of the study is to reveal the essence and features of logistics flow management in the context of globalization, identify key factors affecting the effectiveness of these processes, and develop practical recommendations for enterprises. The object of the research is the logistics flow management systems of enterprises in the conditions of globalization, and the subject is the challenges and opportunities of these systems in the context of external dependence on suppliers. The research is based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and international literature, participation in scientific conferences and discussions with leading scientists. In addition, the methods of system analysis were used, which made it possible to understand the problem more deeply and to define strategic approaches. The author identified the main challenges faced by enterprises in the management of logistics flows, identified key opportunities for optimizing these processes. Focusing on the flexibility of logistics systems and strategic management of supply chains, the author solved the task of developing recommendations for the practical implementation of research results. The research findings indicate the need for constant monitoring and adaptation of logistics strategies to changes in the global environment. Recommendations include the introduction of innovative technologies, strategic diversification of the supply base, and strengthening the ability to adapt to changes.
