РЕСУРСНИЙ ВИМІР ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО ЛІДЕРСТВА УКРАЇНИ В ГЛОБАЛЬНОМУ ЕКОНОМІЧНОМУ ПРОСТОРІ

Анотація
У статті досліджено ключові критерії та показники України для оцінки ресурсного рівня глобального інтелектуального лідерства. Ресурсний вимір є першим у структурі методичної оцінки інтелектуального лідерства та є базовим для формування інтелектуального потенціалу. Серед проаналізованих показників – індикатори фінансування, чисельності студентів та ключові показники їх міжнародної міграції, участь України у глобальних міграційних потоках, чисельність R&D-персоналу та динаміка зміни цих індикаторів за період із 2005 р. На перший план виходять чинники, що можуть забезпечити сингулярний розвиток економіки та її нелінійний прогрес. Це, своєю чергою, дало можливість виокремити основні проблеми досягнення Україною лідируючих позицій у глобальному економічному середовищі, враховуючи поступове просування глобальної економіки у знаннєвий вимір.
