TO THE METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF PLANNING THE FORMATION OF THE LOGISTICS MECHANISM OF THE ENTERPRISE'S ACTIVITIES
Abstract
The article is devoted to the generalization and further development of the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of the application of the logistics mechanism for the purposes of enterprise development. Thus, the object of research is the process of substantiating the methodological bases of planning the logistics system in the enterprise. The basic elements of the logistics mechanism of the company's activity have been determined. The conceptual principles of planning the formation of the logistics mechanism of the enterprise are summarized. Interrelationships between the functioning of the logistics mechanism of the enterprise and the factors and elements of the external business environment have been identified. Emphasis is placed on the principles of planning the formation of the logistics mechanism of the enterprise. The logistics subsystem of the enterprise is implemented and implemented on the basis of the implementation of the corresponding logistics mechanism. Its tasks are optimal placement, effective distribution and movement of material, labor and financial resources of the enterprise, identification of needs in material and technical, commodity and other provision of business, adaptation to the market, namely market conditions and market infrastructure, careful and high-quality planning of all flows on the enterprise, which forms the basis of the general system of business planning and business modeling of business. The general goal of forming the logistics mechanism of the enterprise should be the general improvement of business efficiency in this area. The achievement of this goal is connected with the solution of four strategic tasks: (1) implementation of the planned volume of movement of goods and material and production resources, (2) improvement of conditions of transportation and reception of products, (3) effective management of calculations in the logistics system, (4) prevention the occurrence of force majeure circumstances, (5) compliance with the planned values of the amount and level of costs in logistics.
