UKRAINE ON THE WAY TO INDUSTRY 4.0 AND 5.0: INNOVATIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND CHALLENGES OF RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The current economic paradigm is being transformed by the rapid development of technology, which is changing not only production methods but also the structure of the economy as a whole. Ukraine, as one of the countries actively seeking to join global trends, has recognized the need to move to Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 as a strategic direction of innovative development. The transition to Industry 4.0 and the prospect of Industry 5.0 are defined by the country as strategic directions that are not only accompanied by technological revolutions, but also involve fundamental changes in the structure and management of relationships in the country's economic environment. In today's world, the transition to Industry 4.0 is being driven by the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and data analytics, which are important catalysts for innovation. Industry 5.0 is transforming not only production but also people's lives and their interaction with technology. This new stage in the evolution of industry is designed to ensure the harmonious coexistence of humans and artificial intelligence, focusing on the humanization of technology and the development of modern ecosystems. The goal is not only to provide an overview of innovative development in the context of Ukraine, but also to identify specific steps and recommendations that will facilitate a successful transition to Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. In this process, it is important not only to introduce advanced technologies, but also to have a highly skilled and flexible relationship management that will ensure balanced and sustainable development in all sectors of the economy. The article discusses the technological aspects of the transition to Industry 4.0 and 5.0, focusing on the human dimension of this process, determining how relationship management can be an important factor for the successful implementation of innovations. At the same time, the challenges that arise on the way to new economic paradigms and practical solutions to overcome them are analysed.
