FEATURES OF THE MANAGER'S ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract

In scientific research, the features of the manager's activity in the field of physical culture and sports are considered. Physical culture and sports are considered as a systemic object of management, for which authority the characteristics and classification of managerial credentials are especially important, as well as changes in management and marketing, and the specificity of the activity of a sports manager. The meta work is based on the existing features of the manager’s duties in the field of physical culture and sports and the revealed super-accuracy in the field of the need for a new character and training of managers for the field of physical culture and sports with a higher light, and that efficiency new systems of such training. The high level of management of physical culture and sports is considered to be optimal for the upcoming main elements: organizational structures, economic values and incentives, information base and managerial personnel. In connection with this, it is necessary to clearly present the features of managerial activity in the field of physical culture and sports. Awareness of management as a profession that revolves around the various achievements of the interdisciplinary scientific and practical knowledge, which occupies a significant place in modern civilization. The power of the market risks and the inconsistency of the situation influence the manager's independence and resilience for the adoption of decisions, the search for optimal organizational and scientific and technical solutions. Taking to the respect the growing role of the «human factor» in the process of development and development of new theories in management, it is recommended to look at the core businesses, organizations and other major functions: economic and social. The first is aimed at maximizing the income, the other is aimed at creating and stabilizing effectively working teams. Physical culture and sports are considered as a systemic object of management, for which authority the characteristics and classification of managerial credentials are especially important, as well as changes in management and marketing, and the specificity of the activity of a sports manager. The basic principles of sports management are reviewed. The role of the manager is assigned and it is represented by their classification. The professional-qualification model of a sports manager has been developed.
