FORMATION OF THE COLLECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION AS THE BASIS OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE STAFF

Abstract

In the article the stages of creation of labor collective are revealed. The possible dependence of the formation of the team on certain circumstances is singled out: vision of the purpose of creating a team, a commendable assessment of the results of the activities of the established team by the organization, psychological and social-psychological association of all members of the team. Requirements for the manager as the manager of an effective labor collective are formed: necessary leadership skills, sequence of actions, the ability to choose the right job for each individual employee, taking care of all members of the team, creation of a favorable moral and psychological climate in the team, encouraging personal development of employees, stimulating their creative potential and its realization at the enterprise, the ability to use the most efficient working hours and to teach the subordinates, you must create a list of requirements for employees and monitor their compliance, desire for feedback from subordinates. Three levels of development of team cohesion are generalized: the first level – expressing cohesion through the development of emotional contacts; the second level – value-oriented unity of the staff, tracing some of the involvement of the created group and this is reflected in an already similar system of values that are directly related to the process of joint activity; the third level – all members of the formed group begin to share the goals of the group activity. The definition of the concept of "personnel management" presented by various scientists is analyzed. The scheme of formation of collective of the organization is offered. The basic tendencies and problems that can be faced by the modern employer in the process of forming the collective of the organization are identified and the ways of their solution are suggested: the development and economic stability of each organization depends on how well considered the need for manpower, the mechanism of professional selection, the creation of a moral and psychological climate in the team. Proposed innovations that should positively influence the formation of the organization staff: the schedule of the adaptation period and clearly define the profile of the position, creating a clear structure of communication lines between employees, the formation of the "job folder", organize a daily communication system between management and subordinates.
