Abstract

The article contains a detailed analysis of the intellectual potential of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, which suggests that a high-quality organizational and management structure is needed not only at the initial stage of innovation development, but also in the future to maximize the available intellectual resources, while increasing the competence of the organization, attracting new ones technologies and methods of managing intellectual potential in accordance with the rapid changes in the environment. The most important role in the functional activity of the Ukrainian economy and society is played by the development of the scientific sphere, namely: intellectual potential. The development of science is a key factor in the formation of the country's social, economic, intellectual, labor, innovation, and industrial potential. At the current stage of development of the knowledge economy, the use of intellectual potential is not sufficiently effective, which is caused by insufficient financing of science and education of Ukraine; insufficient staff remuneration; low level of innovation activity of enterprises and the introduction of new types of goods and services. In order to successfully ensure the intellectual potential in Ukraine, it is necessary to create: 1) a mechanism for financing the scientific and technical sphere not only at the expense of the state budget, but also enterprises as a whole; 2) a system of grants; 3) a mechanism for technology transfer in the economic sphere through strong cooperation between higher educational establishments, various scientific institutions and business centers, etc. An effective enterprise management system is a key aspect in dealing with crisis situations. Anticrisis management is aimed at timely detection of crisis phenomena and the creation of appropriate methods and measures for their elimination in order to ensure successful business activities and avoid bankruptcy of the firm.
