ASPECTS OF THE LEADER CONCEPT IN THE CONDITIONS OF BALANCED TILTING

Abstract

The article is devoted to introduction of theoretical aspects of the concept of Leader in the conditions of balanced land use. The relevance of research on the implementation of the Leader concept in rural areas with the use of European experience is highlighted. It is argued that the Leader concept is a system of conceptual provisions for identifying priority areas of activity based on the consideration of components of the macro-profile and the internal environment of a particular land use, with the definition of objectives and objectives. The external and internal components of the environment are revealed in the process of implementing the aspects of the Leader concept into the practice of balanced land use. The stages of the implementation of the Leader concept into the practice of balanced land use. The following stages of implementation of the concept are envisaged: development of a calendar plan for the implementation of the concept and foreseeing the stages of its implementation on a functional basis, directly implementing the concept, monitoring its implementation. The main priorities of the Leader concept program are outlined, and the focus is on the fact that this concept is based on the development of a local development strategy. The urgent need to take into account the external and internal components of the environment in the framework of the implementation of this concept, coverage of the goals of implementing the Leader concept in the practice of rural areas. The strategy and timetable for the implementation of balanced land use in the implementation of the Leader concept are substantiated. The opportunities offered by the Leader concept for peasants in the conditions of  balanced development of rural areas are presented. The personal standpoint of the aspects of  Leader is presented, which will help to create a favorable investment climate through the achievement of regional attractiveness, to increase the farm production efficiency through the use of resource efficient technologies.
