SPECIFICITY OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS FINANCIAL PROVISION AT LOCAL LEVEL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of problems and prospects of infrastructure financing process at the local level. The authors have researched in detail the shortcomings of the share participation mechanism of developers in the infrastructure projects. An algorithm of improving the contribution Fee for developers is proposed.
