THEORETICAL BASES OF STATE REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN THE SPHERE OF CULTURE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical bases of the state policy in the sphere of culture and the justification of its
economic instruments. The government system of economic activity in the sphere of culture is studied. The main problems of modern management systems are revealed. The specificity of the sphere of culture as a sector of economic activity is underlined. The socioeconomic prerequisites for the decentralization of culture are analyzed.
