INTERACTIVE METHODS OF CORPORATE TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE COMPETENCES

Abstract

Corporate education has the global meaning because a competent employee has become a vital part of the international market, economy, and trade. Employees growth is one of the critical tasks for further corporate development. Interactive teaching methods allow managers, to achieve creativity in the organizational governance process. Interactive teaching methods help to build a dialog form of interaction. However, few studies have explicitly addressed the multidimensional character of Interactive teaching methods and linked HR practices to various outcome dimensions. This paper discusses interactive methods of corporate training. The article first describes the competence which is based on efficient methods of teaching and learning. It elaborates each of them. The paper ends with some reflections which put forward to combine traditional methods of training with interactive ones. In general, interactive methods of employee corporate training create the system of continuous education. It develops employees by taking into account their interaction with each other and the variability of the corporate environment. Effective corporate training can improve the competencies of the agents and make the company a self-learning organization. Interactive methods of corporate training should combine with new technologies, techniques, changes in the operations management, self-development of each employee as well as traditional teaching methods. Interactive teaching methods can affect an employee, group, corporation. It gives new knowledge, develop personal reflection; it helps to study new experiences of tolerance, loyalty and other corporate values that are so important for an employee and corporation. A group develops communicative and interaction skills; becomes a value-oriented unity; changes social role depending on the situation; adopts of rules of joint activity; develops analysis and self-analysis skills in the process of group reflection. Furthermore, interactive methods can help to prevent and resolve conflicts, to find compromise solutions. Corporate training makes competent employees who capable of solving non-typical tasks, assuming responsibility in the risky and uncertainty situations which related to factors of the external environment.
