IMPROVING THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY IMPLEMENTING THE PROCESS MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify the issues concerning the improvement of the company management system taking into account its reorientation to implementing the process management principles. The paper formulates the peculiarities of the organizational and economic mechanism taking into account its reorientation to the implementation of the process management principles. These peculiarities are characterized by the following features: the unity of the organizational and economic management methods; management entities carry out their managerial influence through business processes; objects of management independently plan, organize and implement their activities on the basis of the organizational and economic management methods; the subjects and objects of management form an intricate organizational management structure. The mechanism of the company process management has been formed based on the propositions on the content of the organizational and economic management mechanism given in the article. The mechanism of the company process management shows the hierarchy of interrelated groups of company models, the making and use of which is the basis for the organization of process management. The mechanism of the company process management presented in the article is based on the assumption concerning the relationship between the groups of models considered as well as the theoretical concepts that use them. The mechanism is based on the system of indicators worked out for enterprises taking into account their strategic priorities as well as management features. Business entities decide on the need for the following improvement of the relevant models (models of business processes, organizational-functional models, models of company strategies) using the results of the analysis of changes in the dynamics of the system of indicators developed. The proposed approach allows to support the perception of the task of the operational management of the company's business processes as a single integral one as well as to provide their constant improvement in accordance with the strategic tasks of the enterprise. In the end, to approach the formation of the company process management not as a set of methods, but as a system that is comprised of interacting elements. The article deals with the study of the issues concerning the improvement of the company management system taking into account its reorientation to implementing the process management principles. The paper expands the content and formulates the specific features of the organizational and economic management mechanism taking into account its reorientation to the implementation of the principles of process management. This has allowed to develop the mechanism of the company process management aimed at ensuring its sustainable development.
