Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу теоретичних основ державної політики у сфері культури та обґрунтуванню її економічних інструментів. Досліджено систему державного управління економічною діяльністю у сфері культури. Виявлено основні проблеми сучасних систем управління. Підкреслено специфіку сфери культури як сектору економічної діяльності. Проаналізовано соціально-економічні передумови децентралізації культури.
