СВІТОВИЙ ДОСВІД ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПІДТРИМКИ КОМПАНІЙ МАЛОГО І СЕРЕДНЬОГО БІЗНЕСУ У ЦІЛЯХ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Анотація
У статті визначено конкурентну диспозицію малих і середніх підприємств (МСП) у сучасній світогосподарській системі та доведено їх визначальну роль у досягненні світовою спільнотою Цілей сталого розвитку. Комплексно проаналізовано основні інструменти державної підтримки екологізації господарської діяльності МСП, зокрема, пільгове кредитування, державні гарантії за кредитами малих і середніх компаній, грантові програми і податкові стимули. Доведено, що інструментарій такої підтримки дедалі більшою мірою орієнтується на стимулювання процесів впровадження малими і середніми підприємствами екологічно та соціально відповідальних бізнес-практик, розроблення і комерціалізацію зелених технологій та системну цифровізацію господарської діяльності з глибоким поєднанням економічних стимулів та політики сталого розвитку.
