FORMATION OF THE COMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION BASED ON THE COMMUNICATION LOGISTICS
Abstract
The presentation of the effective communal center of the company was created by the practitioners of the local practice. However, questions regarding the formation of an optimal communication environment for enterprises are not sufficiently researched. The article contains scientific position to determine the nature and characteristics of communications, including concepts such as «communication», «communication environment», «communication logistics». The analysis of the formation of the communication environment of the organization based on the criteria of communication logistics using modern management and information technologies. This approach allows us to form a balanced dynamic communication environment with internal and external modules. Key aspects of the formation of an optimal communication environment are presented based on the model of the communication process of decision-making by the participants of communications using the technologies of modeling business processes according to the standard IDEF0. The evaluation of communications should be made on the basis of measuring the time and performance of the database. Effectiveness can be evaluated by expert methods to match the information found to perform management and business processes. The main component of the communication environment is communication. However, communication is not limited to simply transmitting information. It should be carried out in such a way that the information sent influences the behavior of the person to whom it is addressed to motivate him to take certain steps. And this is possible if both parties are confident that decisions and actions based on this information will change the situation for the better. The communication management system should provide the choice of methods and channels of communication, their management composition for the efficient exchange of information. The choice of the channel is determined by the nature of the message and the conditions of economic activity and management.
