ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT MECHANISM FOR THE PROCESSES OF COST-EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES AT THE MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article studies the management arrangements of processes of cost-effective use of resources at the machine-building enterprises based on formation of organizational and economic mechanism. The research objective is to study the organization of resource saving processes management of the engineering enterprise through building the organizational and economic mechanism. The emphasis is put on the necessity of development a modern concept of management of cost-saving resource use at the machine-building enterprise based on the object-focused approach. There has been studied the structure of management of cost-effective use of resources at the machine-building enterprise, which seems necessary for strategic development of enterprises. There have been revealed the tasks, principles and functions of management of cost-saving use of resource of the machine-building enterprise through the description of functional components of the mechanism under consideration. It has been made a pointed reference to the necessity of constructing a modern concept of formation of organizational and economic management of cost-saving use of resource at the machine-building enterprise based on the object-focused approach .There has been studied the structure of management of cost-effective use of resources at the machine-building enterprise, which is used for strategic development of enterprises. There have been proved the feasibility of the tasks, principles and functions of management of cost-saving use of resource of the machine-building enterprise through the description of functional components of the mechanism to have been considered. The author’s conceptual model of the organizational and economic mechanism of resource saving management of the enterprise from the standpoint of objective-oriented approach is presented as a scientifically grounded project of the enterprise, which ensures achievement of the economic effect under the condition of rational use of potential resources and their optimization in order to increase the profitability of engineering enterprises, sustainability and adaptive strategic choice of their development on the basis of an effective combination of resource on potential and energy-saving measures.
