MODERNIZATION OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT PJSC "MOTOR SICH" UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSNATIONALIZATION PROCESSES
Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of perspective directions of modernization of the human resources management system of the Ukrainian aircraft manufacturing enterprise under the influence of transnationalization processes. The main factors of effective activity of the company, the importance of personnel and the essence of an effective human resources management system are found out. The world tendencies of human resources management are analyzed. The situation on the world market of aircraft manufacturing is explored. The leaders of the aircraft industry and Ukraine's position on it are identified. The leader of the Ukrainian aircraft industry is identified. The peculiarities of organization of innovative ecosystems of the human resources management of the two largest transnational aircraft manufacturing corporations "Airbus" and "Boeing" are found out. Each element of the human resources management systems of the world's giants of aircraft manufacturing is described in detail. The importance of modernizing the human resources management system of PJSC "Motor Sich" for the development of the Ukrainian economy is found out. The type of human resources management model of the Ukrainian aircraft manufacturing enterprise is determined. The peculiarities of the organization of the active human resources management system of this enterprise are explored. Weaknesses and the compliance of this model with modern business requirements are analyzed. The directions of modernization of the human resources management system of the enterprise are determined, in order to ensure the adaptability of the process of achieving strategic goals, strengthening the competitive positions of the enterprise and meeting the requirements of the modern business environment.
