The journal covers topical issues in economic theory and the history of economic thought; the global economy and international economic relations; business economics and management; innovation and investment; accounting, analysis and auditing; finance and tax policy; mathematical methods and information technology in economics; modern management; and other fields of economic science. The journal also reports on events in academic life and economic education in Ukraine; it provides reviews of academic works and textbooks on economic topics.

The editorial board conducts external and internal peer review of all articles submitted to it. The journal’s editorial board comprises leading Ukrainian and international experts. The journal collaborates with the largest universities in Ukraine and abroad, as well as with state authorities and local government bodies. This collaboration involves the placement of informational materials, the publication of academic articles, and the organisation of round-table discussions hosted by the journal.

The journal publishes scientific, theoretical and practical materials on topical general theoretical and sector-specific economic issues, as well as proposals for improving the country’s economy.
