АНАЛІЗ ПІДХОДІВ ЩОДО СУТНІСНОГО НАПОВНЕННЯ КАТЕГОРІЇ «ІНСТИТУЦІОНАЛЬНЕ СЕРЕДОВИЩЕ»

Анотація

У статті аналізуються підходи до визначення категорії «інституціональне середовище», що зустрічаються в сучасній науковій зарубіжній літературі. Показано, що вказана категорія не знайшла усталеного категоріального оформлення. Продемонстровано, що існує декілька підходів до визначення поняття інституціонального середовища. Перший підхід передбачає виділення родового поняття інституту як основної складової інституціонального середовища, що являє собою сукупність інститутів в межах певної системи та елементів, що впливають на її розвиток в межах цілісної суспільної системи. Другий підхід передбачає структурування елементів інституціонального середовища згідно з формою їхнього прояву; третій – побудову ієрархії інститутів; четвертий – виділення трьох вимірів інституціонального середовища. Нарешті, останній підхід передбачає поділ інститутів, що входять до структури інституціонального середовища, на групи залежно від типу відносин, що склалися між суб’єктами зазначеної сфери чи системи, або відповідно до функцій, які вона виконує. Як результат дослідження подано авторське визначення поняття «інституціональне середовище».
