PLANNING AND ORGANIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article assesses the impact on the development prospects of enterprises implementing digital technologies, the depth of their penetration, on the basis of which a list of measures is proposed to accelerate the pace of implementation of digital technologies at defense industry enterprises, which will increase their economic efficiency. An organizational and economic mechanism for the functioning of an industrial enterprise with the introduction of digital technologies is proposed, including new means of implementing managerial influences: a method for determining priority areas for the introduction of digital technologies, a methodology for assessing their economic efficiency, tools and levers of influence on the activities of an enterprise, characterized by the coordination of the introduction of digital technologies into management processes at the level of government authorities, the enterprise and its projects, as well as the complexity of the solution for the introduction of digital technologies in technological processes at all stages of the product life cycle, which makes it possible to increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise. A methodology has been developed for assessing the economic efficiency of introducing digital technologies in an enterprise based on the growth of the intellectual capital of an enterprise when introducing digital technologies by calculating the value added coefficient, defined as the sum of the results of dividing value added by invested capital, which characterizes the growth of added value per unit of physical capital, dividing value added by labor costs, which characterizes the contribution to value added of the costs of highly qualified personnel, as well as the result of dividing the difference between value added and labor costs by value added, which characterizes the value added of structural capital, which makes it possible to improve the accuracy of assessing the economic efficiency of digital technology implementation processes in order to ensure an increase in labor productivity, the quality of technological processes and the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
