Abstract

The article is devoted to the assessment of the influence of historical stages on the quality management systems development and on the formation of their requirements for flexibility and adaptability. The changes in production technologies, the development of management science, continuous changes in approaches and work methods on quality assurance in the production process are rather unclear and conventionally different in many historical periods. It is not uncommon for such methods to be confused or difficult to separate one historical stage from others. At the same time, in literary, we find several stages of historical on the scientific evolution, which have their causes, unique for these periods of regularities and development. As result it was analyzed the statistics of certification of quality management systems according to the international standards of ISO in Ukraine in recent years. Accordingly, was analyzed well-known quality management schools. It was evaluate how had required quality management systems flexibility and adaptability in them. It was given special attention to works and developments on the quality of well-known managements researchers. Considering this was determined the influence of well-known representatives of different quality schools on the requirements formation to the quality management systems flexibility and adaptability. It was summarized the main historical achievements in the field of business processes quality management and their consideration in the requirements for flexibility and adaptability. The requirements for flexibility and adaptability of the quality management system was arisen evolutionally. So, we can analyze the historical stages of the formation of a modern quality management and find this set of separate methods of quality management that have evolved over time and experience.
