Abstract

The article deals with practical aspects of evaluation of strategic development of hotel industry enterprises, generalized strategies used by hotel enterprises in the sphere of hotel services, taking into account their differentiation by category. To predict the crisis and assess possible bankruptcy of hotels, to determine the level of risk, in conditions is which implemented strategy, the five-factor model of E. Altman it is used. The ways and measures of minimization of economic risk are offered.
