DIAGNOSTICS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MANAGER'S WORK IN THE SPHERE OF FOREIGN-ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract

Diagnostics peculiarities of the head of the foreign economic activity performance are considered. The key indicators that are useful in the process of this diagnosis are summarized. The indicator of the complexity of tasks execution in the field of foreign economic activity is offered. The expediency of the productivity indicator using of the department engaged in foreign economic activity as a general indicator of the effectiveness of department manager work is substantiated, which is proposed taking into account the potential of manager’s development as well as the level of complexity of the performed tasks.
