Abstract

Modern processes of integration transformations of external environment of TNC’s functioning have been investigated in the article. The basic aspects of process of system transformation which stipulates the choice of strategy of TNC’s activity are analyzed. It is discovered that TNCs, in the process of strategies design, capable to transform an external environment in accordance to their interesting.
