AN INVESTIGATION OF MODERNIZATION PROCESSES AT MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article investigates the dynamics of modernization processes at Ukrainian machine-building enterprises in comparison with foreign ones. The main tendencies of modernization of production, personnel potential and the reasons of their low dynamics are determined. The objective tasks of raising the level of investment and innovation activity of enterprises as a condition for modernization in the context of increasing their competitiveness are substantiated.
