Abstract

The concept of intellectual capital is defined, the value of which is proposed to define as the value of intellectual assets created by the employees of the enterprise in the article. Also the ratio for determining the efficiency of the intellectual capital of enterprises is proposed. The recommendations for the application of intellectual capital of enterprises in the process of determining their competitiveness are performed.
