FEATURES OF EMPLOYMENT OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN CONDITIONS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The main problems of employment of disabled people was investigated. Major reasons of the low level of employment of people with disabilities are determined. Perspective ways of promoting the employment of people with disabilities in Ukraine are substantiated. On the basis of the research, there made conclusions about the need to direct today’s Ukraine policy at strengthening social, economic, and legal status of people with disabilities; improving the conditions of their life; providing for their self-realization, achievement of their financial independence and full social integration.
