Abstract

The article discusses the methodology of the scientific research in management of the trade development. The methodological complex was developed by the author. The complex is based on a combination of holistic and reductionist philosophy with scientific concepts of institutionalism, cybernetics, synergies and general theory of systems. On that basis stages of scientific research management system trade have been defined.
