Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the dynamics of the investment and innovation activities of the industrial enterprises in Ukraine, including engineering, describing the level of the professional culture of managerial staff. Description of shortcomings in the administrative apparatus’s work, which demonstrate a low level of the managerial staff professional culture, which leads to poor performance of investment and innovation.
