Abstract

In the article investigated the processes of formation of the financial strategy in the system of corporate management of enterprises. Determined the nature and location of the financial strategy in the strategic recruitment of the enterprise.  Created the organizational mechanism of forming of the financial strategy in corporate management. Constructed a general model of development and implement of the enterprise strategy.
