RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AUTOMATED WORKPLACE OF THE FORWARDER OF THE SEA SHIPPORT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the interaction between representatives of freight forwarding companies, the port and related branches. Was investigated the sequence of actions that must be performed to export or import cargo from the port area. Was given an overview of the software available on the Ukrainian market to automation daily tasks of the freight forwarder. Was described recommendations for designing a module of the port information system aimed at interacting with forwarding software and minimizing the number of in-person meetings of representatives of the parties.
