ANALYSIS OF THE FINANCIAL SECURITY INDICATORS ON THE INSURANCE MARKET IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the financial security on the insurance market. Analysis of the basic indicators of financial security on insurance market was performed according to the current normative methodology. We substantiated the need to count some additional indicators of financial security on insurance market among which are the insurance density, the long-term to total insurance income ratio, the level of insurance payments and insurance premiums that are transferred to non-resident reinsurers. Also we’ve analyzed the importance of financial security indicators on insurance market and found the deviation of indicators from their nominal and considerable lagging from foreign analogs. The analysis of financial security indicators on insurance market in Ukraine in period 2012-2017 allowed us to state the low level of financial security on insurance market in Ukraine.
