THEORETICAL PROVISION OF CAPITALIZATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR ECOLOGICALLY BALANCED DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE IRRIGATION ZONE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the capitalization of natural resources as a condition for ecologically balanced development of the agricultural sector of the economy of the irrigation zone. It is proved that the agrarian sector is an extremely important component of the Ukrainian economy. The author analyzes the scientific works of scientists who study the issues of capitalization of natural resources. One of the factors of competitiveness is investigated – natural capital. The article gives author's definition of land capital and water capital. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of the process of capitalization of natural resources in the irrigation zone is scientifically substantiated. Author's definition of the capitalization of the agricultural sector of the irrigation zone is given. The algorithm of capitalization of natural resources in the agrarian sector is developed, taking into account their qualitative and quantitative characteristics in the context of ecologically balanced economic development of the agrarian sector. The key stage of the algorithm is to scientifically substantiate the Strategy of Capitalization of the Natural Resource Potential of the Region in the field of the agricultural sector of the irrigation zone. The capitalization of natural resources will enable the involvement of additional mechanisms, tools and levers of the development of the ecological and economic system of the agricultural sector of the economy of the irrigation zone.
