FORMATION AND REALIZATION OF THE LABOR POTENTIAL OF AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IN CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE LABOR MARKET OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and applied problems of the labor potential development of agroindustrial complex in conditions of changing demand and supply in the labor market. The basic approaches to the definition of the labor potential of the agroindustrial complex have been determined. The priorities of the formation and realization of the labor potential of the agroindustrial complex have been justified, taking into account the tendencies in the labor market of Ukraine.
