DECOMPOSITION OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE POPULATION ON THE BASIS OF THE SYSTEM APPROACH

Abstract

The article focuses on the essence, methodology and implementation of the systemic approach to the category of «social protection». As a result, the complementarity of social protection of the population is established on the basis of a systematic approach. The system units of the category «social protection of the population» are investigated. The state and non-state subsystems of the category have been allocated, their components and filling elements have been determined. A system of social protection of the population is formed that contains the system-forming components «entrance», «system of influence» and «exit».
