METHODICAL FUNDAMENTALS FOR DETERMINING THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE COMMUNAL HEAT SUPPLY ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Nowadays the urgency of considering issues on determining strategic directions for the development of heat-supplying enterprises in Ukraine is growing, which should be based on assessment methods adapted to their specific activities. The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the main heat supply schemes in the context of the CRM implementation. It is proved that the economic efficiency of heat-supplying enterprises mainly depends on the efficiency of heat energy production and transportation. Its qualitative is formed on the basis of operational indicators of reliability of consumer heat supply. The efficiency assessment criteria of public heat-supplying enterprises which should include economic and social indicators were improved.
