INFLUENCE OF CRISIS PHENOMENA ON MANAGEMENT OF OPERATIONAL ACTIVITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the impact of crisis phenomena on the management of operational activities of industrial enterprises. The external and internal causes of emergence of crisis phenomena at industrial enterprises are determined. The analysis of the impact of the crisis on the operating activities of enterprises, namely the number of employees employed, the cost of personnel, the number of industrial enterprises, the profitability of operating activities and profits of enterprises. According to the results of the research, problems in the management of industrial activities of industrial enterprises have been formed, and measures are proposed to effectively combat the crisis phenomena at industrial enterprises.
