VALUATION OF THE MODERN STATE OF SOCIAL CONDITIONS AND THE LEVEL OF LIVING RURAL POPULATION

Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of main components of the living standard of the rural population of Western Polissya of Ukraine: level of employment, labor market, financial situation and social environment. Attention is drawn to the features and problems of each component of the living standard are determined, taking into account the features and specifics of the development of socioeconomic processes in the contemporary economic conditions of the studied region. Recommendations are given to the necessity of elaboration of organizational and economic mechanism of realization strategy of sustainable development of rural territories, rational employment policy of rural population, formation and functioning of agrarian labor market is substantiated. The forecast of the number of hired workers in agriculture and related industries of Ukraine, as well as their wages for the period up to 2020, is conducted.
