EFFICIENCY OF ECONOMIC METHODS IN MANAGEMENT BY LABOR COLLECTIVE

Abstract

The article presents the methods of management of the labor collective. Emphasis is placed on the economic methods of personnel management, their efficiency and expediency. The general tendencies of personnel management in the world, determined by scientists, scientists and researchers are considered. The mechanisms of economic methods of management by the state and locally on the enterprise are presented. As a result of our social survey among students of the Secondary School of Secondary School "DonNTU" on the topic "Methods of management of the labor collective", a diagram of the results is presented.
