Abstract

The article is devoted to the increase of research budgets of American corporations, through the system of US incentives for innovation business, including tax, anti-monopoly regulation measures. The bulk of scientific and technological research is concentrated in the laboratories and research centers of the corporate structures of the United States of America, which have enormous amounts of scientific research budgets. The results of research and development of high-tech companies can be realized in other sectors of the economy to create qualitatively new types of goods and services, increase productivity and expand expansion into new market segments.
