EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL – A FUNDAMENTAL FACTOR IN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the question of the efficiency of enterprise management. The algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of management is developed. To evaluate the growth of the value of an enterprise for a certain period of time, it is proposed to use one of the methods VBM – the method of economic added value EVA (Economic value added). The criterion for the growth of value for personnel is seen as a means of implementing the objective function of maximizing business value, a decisive factor of effective management, a source of sustainable growth of the enterprise.
