METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT QUALITY FOR ESTABLISHING SOCIO-ENVIRONMENTAL FOREST SERVICES MARKET

Abstract

The article presents the methodology for assessing the institutional environment quality for establishing the socio-ecological forest services market, as a specific economy-ecological system, which is new for the forest sector of Ukrainian economy. The complex of characteristics (properties) of the institutional environment of the market formation, quality indicators of these characteristics (partial quality indicators), algorithms for calculating the values of these indicators, the order for analyzing obtained results and the definition of the integral quality index are proposed and substantiated.
