Abstract

The article presents the scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodical principles of modeling the capitalization of labor resources of transport infrastructure in the agrarian sector in modern conditions. The main problems in choosing a model are identified, which include compliance with the standards aimed at optimizing the main functions, and increasing the efficiency of use and reproduction of labor resources.
