ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC ESTIMATION OF THE SHADOW SECTOR SIZE WITHIN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY IN THE FORMATION OF RENTAL RELATIONS

Abstract

The paper analyzes the problems of rent relations forming and takes into account the shadow sector of the national economy. On the basis of the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine the economic model is build, which shows the interconnection between the dynamic indicators of the size of the shadow economy (by the sectors of the national economy) and such factors as the change in the real rates of environmental payments and changes in the rates of tax burden on economic entities. It is underlined that the growth of real rates of ecological payments leads to an increase in the share of the shadow economy sector in the mining and processing industries of the national economy.
