Abstract

Are provided researches and analyses (on the example of changes in Tax code of Ukraine) of the situation in reforming of Ukrainian fiscal policy at regional level from the point of achievement of aims of increase of economic independence of regions and decentralization. Are offered the ways of further reformation of fiscal system on the modern stage.
