Abstract

The essence of decentralization and its influence on regional development are considered. The ways of creating favorable investment conditions for the development of entrepreneurship at different territorial levels and strengthening the economy of the country are determined. The attention was paid to the place, role and priority of the activities of local self-government bodies in promoting entrepreneurship development, expansion of production, creation of new jobs as a component of stimulating the economic growth of territorial communities.
