REAL ESTATE MARKET OF KAZAKHSTAN: MARKET CONDITION AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract

In the article are researched the conjuncture-forming factors of real estate market of the Kazakhstan. Based on researching of real estate prices’ dynamism, we defined country’s position from the standpoint of attractiveness above-mentioned market. The cities of the country were indicated in accordance to the greatest demand for real estate. We have represented the geographic distribution of commissioned new housing, analyzed dynamic of housing affordability and mortgage of afforested market. The main prospects for Kazakhstan’s real estate market developing were formed.
