In the article are developed the theoretical-methodical principles and practical recommendations for the implementation of economic diagnostics of the industrial enterprise. The necessity of carrying out economic diagnostics of the activities of industrial enterprises in the modern conditions of management is determined by a wide range of problem issues: the importance of timely detection of «bottlenecks» in the activities of enterprises with the aim of preparing information for the adoption of management decisions, the development of preventive measures to prevent the reduction of the efficiency of management, the necessity to improve its methodological principles of its realization. The work carried out in the development of methodological principles of execution economic diagnostics of the industrial enterprise implies the necessity for an analysis of the industry activity and competition in the investigated market, the research of the industrial enterprise in the areas of economic diagnosis and analysis of the factors of influence on the results of its activities. As practice shows, most industrial enterprises suffer from the negative influence of numerous problems that accompany their activities. Comprehensive vision of their impact is achieved through simultaneous analysis of the industry's activities and competition in the investigated market, research activities of the industrial enterprise in different areas of economic diagnosis and analysis of the influence of factors on the results of its activities. The use of an integrated approach to the implementation of the methodology of economic diagnostics of the industrial enterprise can increase the efficiency of management decisions and management in general. This is achieved, unlike the system of individual indicators, due to solving a set of problems that characterize the activities of the enterprise.
