Abstract

The article is sacred to the questions of the alternative forming of skilled reserve of bord of directors in a joint-stock company by creation of additional labor body – shadow board. The basic competenses of shadow board are formed. Procedure of co-operation of shadow board`s participants is described with a bord of directors. Forming advantages and lacks of bord of directors skilled reserve are certain by creation of shadow board.
